Morgan Chawaga, AIA, Certified Meditation Teacher

As a certified meditation teacher, Morgan has dedicated her life to guiding individuals on a journey toward mindfulness. Her evidence-based meditation practice aims to deprogram individuals experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, imposter syndrome, and negative body image. 


With a passion for promoting mental well-being, Morgan has worked in the healthcare industry for over 7 years in different capacities. She completed rigorous training and obtained certification in various meditation techniques, blending traditional wisdom with contemporary practices. Grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she has cultivated a unique teaching style that resonates with students searching for more presence in their life.


Morgan’s approach emphasizes the integration of mindfulness meditation into everyday life, offering practical tools for managing stress and enhancing overall well-being. She empowers individuals by teaching them how to incorporate simple shifts into their lifestyle. These shifts foster much needed balance in the sometimes chaotic and technology driven world we live in.\



Beyond her role as a meditation teacher, Morgan is also known for practicing architecture, and coaching women within the AEC industry.  Her mission is to “give people access to a holistic toolkit that allows them to cultivate more of what they want in life and less of what they don’t.”
