In addition to that, Kristine utilizes other various therapeutic modalities, including Gottman Approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, strengths-based interventions, and internal family systems therapy, to help individuals regain their sense of self and improve their overall well-being.

When applying those modalities, Kristine believes in a person-centered approach to psychotherapy utilizing empathy, respect, and collaboration with the individual. She creates a safe and nurturing space where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach, she works alongside individuals to develop a tailored treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.
