With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a background in Business Management from the University of Kentucky, Blake brings a unique blend of personal development and clinical experience. His early work with college students and business leaders in non-profits and startups has given him valuable insight into the complexities of personal and professional struggles.
Specializing in managing life transitions, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, Blake utilizes evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), to provide practical, structured guidance for his clients.
