Emmy also specializes in treating eating disorders and related diagnoses—working with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, body dysmorphic disorder, OSFED, and orthorexia. She employs evidence-based interventions such as CBT for eating disorders, family-based treatment, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food and body image. Through her trauma-informed lens, she uncovers and heals underlying emotional wounds, fostering self-compassion and guiding clients toward sustainable recovery and enhanced well-being. She is also the co-founder of our new Health Anxiety Community Support Group—an online space dedicated to helping individuals navigate health-related worries together.
